Our company is emefa, registered in Texas, USA as emefa LLC. we own and operate on a Website, apps on iOS and Android platforms, where we offer marshal, a Service of providing a Software as a Service (Saas) application that combines tools used to run or organize groups, Social or Professional Associations, School Year Groups, Home Owner’s Associations (HOAs), Sorority Fraternity groups, etc. in one simple application, on a Subscription basis.
This privacy policy will explain how we use the personal data we collect from you when you visit and use our website, and subscribe to use our application(s). We will also explain the type of data and information we collect from you, how we use it, and how you can opt-out.

We collect the following data:

You provide emefa with the data we collect when you register with us, and when you give us details such as your name and address, or email address, or from cookies when you browse our Site.
We collect and process data when you register online, or place an order to subscribe to our Service on our website, or through the mobile application. Or if you voluntarily complete a customer survey, or provide feedback on our website and use our website by your browser’s cookies.

4. Purpose
Why we collect your data
emefa collects your data to process your registration and manage your account(s), so that we can offer our services and Applications. Order and payment processes are collected by Stripe and/or Braintree. Your birthday (Day and Month) posts on your group calendars if you provide it. You can opt-out of this feature. We may need your contact details so we can email you information on our services we think might interest you. Also, your data may help make our application and the services we offer better, and may help provide you an improved experience.
Stripe and/or Braintree process your order when you subscribe to our application. They may send your data to reference agencies, and also use the resulting information to prevent fraudulent purchases.
Marketing
emefa would like to occasionally send you by email, information such as newsletters about our Application(s) we think you might be interested in.
California law gives it’s residents the right to request certain information concerning our disclosure of types of personal information to third-parties for their direct marketing purposes. You may contact us directly to make such a request.
If you have agreed to receive emails from us containing promotional offers, you can easily unsubscribe from this at any time. We will no longer send such marketing information.
You may request that emefa not contact you for marketing purposes at any time.

Correct or Erase Data
You can ask us to provide you with information on what data we have stored about you. We will correct or erase data if you ask us, unless we need it for legal reasons.
We will keep your personal identification details including email addresses for only as long as you are using our website, iOS app, or Android app to subscribe to any of our applications, or use your account. We will keep your data only as long as we need it. However, for your convenience, we do not delete your account immediately after you have used it, in case you return to our website or take out another subscription. Once this period has expired, we will instruct AWS to delete your data by removing it from the server. If your account is inactive for a period of 180 days, we will instruct AWS to purged it from our servers.
You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

7. Access
Your data protection rights
